If you notice the error immediately after placing your order, please contact customer service and we’ll try to make the change before the item is shipped. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes once it has been shipped. We find that in a lot of situations the package will be returned back to us as “Return to Sender”. As soon as it comes back we can arrange to have it re-shipped back to you at your expense. 


If the package does not come back to us, we are unable to do anything further.
