If you don’t receive your package, contact us at your earliest convenience. We will investigate the matter and if we find that we made an error or if the shipper confirms it was lost in transit, we will replace the lost item.



We are not responsible for packages that are lost or cannot be delivered due to errors in the mailing address, missing information or where a person is not physically present to receive packages. 

If someone is not physically present at the shipping address provided and, as a result, an item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will credit your account the value of the order, less the shipping cost.
